I came across this interesting tool that could be used by teams working on a project in order to check how healthy their teamwork actually is.
It has some interesting questions for the team to answer and then it provides a breakdown of how healthy your team is.
I was definitely interested in using this tool, so I used it and found out that there was some room for a healthier team environment where I am.
