Post 28 - Examples of Good Project Management Software
Following on from our previous post, about project management Apps and their benefit, I thought I'd appropriate to add some examples of some rather successful software solutions.
The criteria that the article mentions for choosing these particular software was mainly because of their relative ease of use compared to others on the market.
Some of the other important factors they also considered were the ease of being able to find information for the software and also the learning curve for new users.
For me, the learning curve is very important, a lot more than the other two factors because I wouldn't want to be wasting time trying to figure out how to use an app. That, I find to be very far from being constructive.
So, let's list the chosen software by Capterra folks.
1- The hive
Given score for each category
Ease-of-use sentiment score: 6.45 (out of 10)
Mentions of ease of use in reviews: 23
Percent of mentions that are positive: 86%
2- Kanbanchi for G Suite
Given score for each category
Ease-of-use sentiment score: 6.36 (out of 10)
Mentions of ease of use in reviews: 31Percent of mentions that are positive: 97%
3- OrangeScrum
Given score for each category
Ease-of-use sentiment score: 6.18 (out of 10)
Mentions of ease of use in reviews: 22
Percent of mentions that are positive: 93%
So, if you are like me and rather unfamiliar with different available software out there, refer back to this insightful article and become well-informed.
